Ausbildung in Germany with a pharmacy degree?

Hello,I am 18 years old non eu citizen and considering all my options for my future career, basically,I love biology and chem,and want a career that is in healthcare.My dream job would be research and pharmeceutical industry,and for that I need a pharma degree.The problem is that those jobs are not guaranteed, especially not in my country.If everything goes well, I get a job in pharmacology whether in my country or abroad and research,do a master+ PhD,etc etc.But if everything doesn't go well.I rlly wouldnt like to be unemployed,but that is unfortunately a real possibility in this industry,so ive been considering Germany ausbildung in nursing as possible backup plan.I wanna know,is this feasible?Can you ausbildung without a nursing degree,and with a pharma one instead ?From what I learned, ausbildung IS the "degree"(its more like training but yeah),but can anyone w any background apply to it?I have B1 german rn,and 6 years until I finish the pharmacy degree,so more than enough time to learn.I am very good at learning languages and have a lot of german freinds online who helped me learn in the first place.Thanks everyone for any help you provide
