Season 16 thoughts/opinions

This is my first post ever and a little recap on season 16. I just finished last night, and I feel like the season was missing something. Everyone seemed to be doing a fake “protecting their peace” (drew/porsha) or fighting for a spot on the show just to give nothing (Angela, Brit, kelli)

-Kenya: I wish Kenya’s parts weren’t cut out leading up to her being fired. It seemed like she truly was doing better this season and felt like a breath of fresh air compared to the normal Kenya whenever we did see her. BUT they did cut alot so I could be wrong. She ruined it herself by doing too much at her grand opening.

-Porsha: didn’t act like the porsha we knew till Phaedra came in half way through. Protecting her peace but not being a good friend. Gave nothing. Barely talked about her divorce, say no family dynamics, never stood up for anyone during an argument.

-Shamea: is too good of a friend honestly, but porsha will keep her entertained bc she knows too much. Really is that girl. The money, cars, everything her friends try to portray.

-Kelli: gotta get some filler dissolver immediately. She seems shady but also very honest?? They should have went into detail about why her and Brit cut it off quick during the season. I feel like we didn’t see it all

-Angela: baby that man don’t like you. He gives nothing. I think Angela could come back and still be a fun person to have on the show, she just needs to have a real friend to lean on who will defend her bc drew ain’t it

-Drew: please stop putting her on my screen. AND the honorary housewife Ralph. To sit and fight all season then be like let’s do what’s best for the kids! Is just a ploy to keep him showing up on the show and collecting his own check. She really gives nothing and porsha was the storyline.

-Cynthia: breath of fresh air, still playing sides, just shows up has fun and leaves. Seems ideal

-Phaedra: mixed feelings on her being back. I think bringing her in halfway was to spice up the show, but it barely added anything. They should have brought back a different OG like nene to give the season what it needed.

Brit- shady. Husband don’t like her. Talks down on the other women being “ghetto, classless, etc.” but brags about being a video vixen at 17 and getting a bbl. She brings Baddies energy to the housewives, horrible casting call. She should have been fired the same day she made a gun threat just like Kenya was fired for showing the billboard.
