Banned from game

I have been a long time player in a game called Koya.

I've also recently discovered that I have been blacklisted. I've tried contacting their team and I have gotten 0 response and no way of trying to appeal this. I don't troll and I always mind my own business in this game.

To make matters worse, I have also spent money on this game, 599 robux to be exact and I have no idea how to get that back.

Any advice?
