What to do in/near San Fernando

We will be staying in San Fernando for a few days and I’m looking for suggestions on what to do there. Places to check out, and restaurants/cafes to try.

I tried Googling pero mas gusto ko pa din makakuha ng recommendations sana from locals. 💞
