What set to use with C2R1 Bina + C0 Ineffa?

So, I have C2R1 Bina and Ineffa C0, my question is, ive seen people saying C2 bina does a lot of dmg, but so does Ineffa. My question is, in my current situation (C2R1 + C0) what set is better to use on Bina and which one on Ineffa?
