It's been a long road to get here but happy to get to this day and hoping it ends on a high too!

Launching EasyPairing today and would love your support/feedback.

**What it does:**
AI-powered group formation for universities, schools and organizations. Matches roommates, forms project teams, pairs mentors - basically any grouping at scale.

**The problem:**
My best friend was a housing director who was manually match college roommates using Excel spreadsheets for several years. 40+ hours every summer staring at spreadsheets, trying to pair 500 students based on sleep schedules, cleanliness, study habits, etc.

The result? Still got "we're complete opposites" complaints by October.

**Why I built it:**
The human brain can't optimize 500 people across 10+ compatibility factors. But AI can.

**What makes it different:**
- Not just weighted scoring - actual machine learning that finds patterns
- Works for ANY grouping context (roommates, teams, mentors, events)
- Generates multiple scenarios to compare
- 40% reduction in conflicts (measured from early users)

**Unexpected use cases so far:**
- Engineering professors forming balanced project teams
- K-12 schools doing Valentine's Day student pairings (!). Yes, this was fun!
- Non-profits pairing event attendees for hotel rooms
- Graduate programs matching study partners

**Why I'm here:**
Looking for feedback from the PH community. What am I missing? What would make EasyPairing more valuable to you or organization?

Any upvotes/comments/questions appreciated! 🙏
