Stone Wave Cliffs Map

So I got this map of Stone Wave Cliffs but honestly it's rather useless. It doesn't show the labels of the flag names for fast travel. I have no idea from looking at this map where to go. I'm at the flooded city area flag but where is it on the map? The flags are't labeled hence the map is useless. Am I not using the map right? Is there a better map that labels the areas? Thanks
