How skilled are rural GPs with their advanced skills compared to the equivalent specialty regs/consultants?

I’m aware this is broad, not asking about individual GPs rather the standard that’s expected once finishing training.

e.g. are the GP anaesthetists as good as an anaesthetic reg, better, “different”? What might they not know that a FANZCA does and vice versa? Same question goes for the other advanced skills, obstetrics, surgery where that skill exists etc..
