22 feeling left behind and need a real life advise

Hello! I’m 22F and college undergraduate. I finished 2 yr lang kasi Im a full time worker. Plan ko bumalik sa college this year pero super complicated ng sched since dayshift ako sa work. Any school recommendations na tumatanggap ng incoming 3rd year, nanghihinayang kasi ako bumalik ng first year since same program lang naman din ang kukunin ko. Budget ko atleast 8k per sem and online study or limited f to f classes.
