Does anyone here know how to turn of Auto Offers on Mercari?

I know this has been an ongoing issue but has anyone got any answers or updates on how to stop automatic offers? I can’t figure out how to stop them and customer service told me to delete the listing and relist but I have like 70 items and I have no idea which items are going to all of a sudden be auto offered at a price i never agreed too. Anyone who has had any success with getting rid of the auto offers option (which i never signed up for) I would appreciate your insight. Thank you. 😊
