Emulated Wiimote has forced Nunchuk?

I noticed that the generated config for the emulated wiimote has "Extension = Nunchuk" basically hardcoded in the script at "/package/batocera/core/batocera-configgen/configgen/configgen/generators/dolphin/dolphinControllers.py". I'm using PS5 DualSense controllers, and the blurb about "use L2 for Nunchuk shake" simply doesn't happen. More importantly, games like Wii Sports Tennis don't allow a Nunchuk to be connected, so hardcoding that extension is a big problem, especially when I choose the UI option of a plain Wiimote. I love that it supports dsmotion so I can get genuine gyro behavior, but this is all ruined by hardcoding the Nunchuk in the config. I can't override this setting as it's generated each time the emulator is launched. I also can't use the override profiles in the embedded Dolphin application config because that only supports one controller, and additionally, even if it did, there is a bug that doesn't differentiate two simliar controllers because it identifies them by description without the device index as well.

Long story short, I'd really like to just have the emulated Wiimote NOT have a Nunchuk extension hardcoded into the profile, especially since I choose the Horizontal Wiimote by itself option, yet it still hardcodes Nunchuk. Does anybody have any solutions? I really don't want to figure out how to compile from source and flash the data. Any suggestions are appreciated.
