Something niche I couldn't find answers for anywhere else

Subclass 485

Im getting ready to start the final semester for my undergraduate degree. While planning for the future, I had some questions, and it would be amazing if anyone who knows could help me out (and anyone else looking for answers regarding these).

1)If a 2-year postgrad degree has 7 units of 16 already done during undergrad (from the same uni), this would mean they qualifyfor advanced standing and those units would be waived. How would this reflect on the visa duration for the student visa?

Would only a 1-year visa be allowed, or would they still give 1.5 years? Because this would mean the student would be forced to either overload for one semester or underload and be unable tofulfill the full-time requirement. Would they be forced to take up extra units? Has anyone done anything similar?

2)Under the current rules, a graduate on a grad visa cannot apply for a student visa unless they leave the country. If they do indeed apply again abroad and get a second student visa (after temporarily being on a grad visa), would they be allowed to apply for a grad visa again? Is there a hardcap on grad visa's once to stop visa hopping?

3)Does a 1 year Mres programe after a 1 year coursework master's qualify for MRes benefits? (extended grad visa+5pr points etc) Or is the 1.5-year minimum excluding any previous study? (I ask this because many 2 year Mres programes have split into grad certificate+1year mres )

4)At the moment, no Indian grads for certain degrees ha3-yearear grad visas. If a student were to do a 1 year masters (which itself is eligible for the 33-yearvisa) after a 3-year undergrad (which reduced the 2 year masters to a 11-yeardue to RPL), would this still only qualify for 2 year stayback or 3 years still?
