SBU MSCS 2nd attempt good?

My F1 was refused once for USF MSCS for Fall'25 and currently planning for Fall'26 and ,got admit from stonybrook university MSCS

One more thing few are say that going with stonybrook for 2nd attempt has higher refusal can anyone comment on this please so that i can take further steps🙏🏻🙏🏻
