grounding bus-bar question for DIY project
So, I'm working on a wooden, lets say server rack since far more folk will know what those are. for use with hard drive disk shelves, all of which have green grounding screws on the backs of each power supply....since the "rack" is made of wood, and after asking a friend, it was suggested I ask something of someone far more qualified for several reasons, so, first question, is using a plastic isolated bus-bar using a combination harness to combine all the busses (its an 8 individual terminal plastic block and my "makeshift harness" is each one being combined using small/short crimp wires to aggregate them together) safe to do if this is for grounding everything together and then grounding them to the electrical outlet using a grounding plug? or would I be farther ahead to use an actual bus-bar, and if I go to use the actual bus-bar, then how would I install that on the side of the wood frame in a way that actually isolates it electrically from the wood? I have a few actual bus-bars, the kinds you'd find inside a breaker box in actual electrical work, but I've no idea how to go about trying to install that securely into the wood while also isolating it electrically FROM the wood. I will link a picture explaining what I'm saying as well as showing the bus-bar I own several of in the hopes that helps clarify what I'm not explaining well here.
Thank you for any and all input, even if its to call me out for doing something stupid, rather be called out and NOT make a huge mistake I'm unaware of than not be and do something incredibly stupid someone else might realize where I do not.
