Confusing pre menstruation symptoms with pregnancy symptoms

My period isn’t supposed to start for another 10 days but I had sex a few days ago around my ovulation window and I’m scared of pregnancy. I had a very random spotting 2 days after but it was light brown and went away within a few hours (but that’s never happened before) and haven’t had it since but I also started having a change is discharge (clear and stringy) that can be associated with being within a fertile window but also early stages of pregnancy. I’m not on birth control and I’m very scared I could’ve gotten pregnant. Should I be nervous?
