Ordering plan post 3mo starter - hypothetical how to go up the titration ladder efficiently and get most bang

Before you say anything, yes, I've read the pinned post about the telehealth options and their prices. I know it like the back of my hand. I'm asking more along the line of what would you do, what would your plan be on how to take your titration schedule into your own hands to get the higher dose.

So, post 3 month starter how would you go about climbing up the titration ladder? What would your plan be?

Say you're at 6.6 (Brello) or 7.5 (most 3rd month dose) - where would you go next? Would you do one month to lock in the next higher dose for month 4 and then go to another telehealth with that script for the next higher dose for month 5? Which company would you pick?

I've read the telehealth option pin, I know it like the back of my hand. Just trying to get a hypothetical if you were to plan your titration ordering in the most cost and time efficient way, how would you do it? I want to avoid getting forced into a multi month at one single dose. I'm a low doser anyways, still losing st 2.5mg so I just want to titrate up to maybe 10 or 12.5 to slightly stretch my mileage per vial.

Example - 1 - go to pom for month 4 to get the 7.5 at $179 2 - go to refills for month 5 to get 10mg with pom script - $179 Etc

If you had to do it all over again how would you go about it?
