Advice needed and also Urgently looking for a replacement tenant from February 2026 for a Student Accommodation- cash incentive

Hi, I am at my wits end using spareroom and facebook with no luck, so i will be doing this here as I seriously need to find a tenant urgently due to a study abroad placement coming up with UON.

What other avenues or resources can I use to advertise this student accommodation other than facebook groups and spareroom.

I have also contacted the university with no luck as they did not provide me any real advice or a list of contacts i.e. incoming students.

Monthly Cost: £550 per month/ £137.50 per week
Tenancy Length: February to August 15th 2026 (6.5 months)
Location: URB-6, Student Lodge, Player street, NG7 5NB.
