Gasless Merge with Proxy stuck on STATE_NEW/FAILED (Python SDK)

I'm trying to merge my position shares (YES+NO) back into collateral using a Gnosis Safe / Proxy wallet (funds on magic.link account) on Polymarket, but I'm hitting a wall with the Relayer.

I can submit the transaction, and the Relayer API returns a `transactionID`. However, when I check the status, it either:

1. Stays stuck on `STATE_NEW` forever.

2. Eventually returns `STATE_FAILED` with no clear error message.

Despite this, the Relayer accepts it but never mines it.
