How would men feel if the girl makes the first move?

Here’s the context, I wanted to add this person from my school, but I’m quite hesitant because we don’t know each other personally and we just met like three times? And since we already graduated, the possibility of meeting each other would be quite impossible, even though we are living in the same city and same bachelor’s degree. So, the question IS, how would men feel if a random girl adds you on facebook or follows you in your socials? Would you accept it despite seeing her for a moment? How would men feel if a girl dm you? Asking for a male perspective sana kasi I don’t want to appear like a creep who stalks people randomly or chatting them. This would be the first time I am doing it actually if ever.
