Can my wife and I share the shower in business lounge?

I was wondering if anyone has had experience . I will be staying at lufthansa business lounge in franfkfurt (FRA) germany. Was wondering if my wife and I have to have separate shower suites or the person at the desk will see we're together and say we can share? Wink wink 🤣💯
