Dropping unsociable hours - how bad is it?

Bottom band 5, currently get great unsociable hours in current role. Been offered a dream role elsewhere, however - no unsociable hours. I could pick up bank shift each week but would mean working nearly 50 hours a week each month.

Any advice? Thanks
