WHY is Kelly Gheyara not fired yet?

He’s knowledgeable, but the delivery is painfully dry, and the teaching style leans more toward intimidation than inspiration. I really wish the department focused more on professors who enjoy teaching and engaging students. Some of the older mentalities—especially in accounting—feel outdated. At this point, I just want them to relax and enjoy retirement. They’ve earned it.
