Ordering more clothes

So I used to buy stuff on Amazon and have it drop off at a nearby locker, unfortunately some things occurred and im not longer allowed to bike anywhere, am I just fried when it comes to buying more clothes??? I cant deliver it to my friend because back when I first became a femboy they said that garters are too much and I want to order some, they said I can order​ stuff to their house but I need to tell them what it is, and because of that previous statement and other related interactions with this friend I am afraid delivering it to their house isn't an option either, am I fried?
