Personal opinion: Cursor's supports ends when an error happens on their side
I will try to share my personal experience with Cursor support, hope it will be useful to a someone. It's my own opinion, no more, no less.
I started to use Cursor actively about half of year ago.
Within some months of Cursor usage I got strange errors, "Internal error. An unexpected error occurred on our servers. Please try again, or contact support, if the issue persists."
Some time (about 2-3 weeks) I could use it with cleaning caches every time, logging in again and again, even as error returned back with every new chat.
But in some time Cursor stopped working at all. I contacted the support, and the answer was so amasingly quick. With some mailing iterations and checks, I got information, that the issue is on the server side with my account state and support will contact developers to fix it. Next day I had no information. So decided to cancel my subscription (active till the 13th of February), but I didn't get any refund of not used money (actually I gifted the one month to Cursor). I tried to ask support about it or transfer my subscription to a new account. But still have no answer.
So seems Cursor support cares about users only about getting their money without real support.
Now I think about Antigravity usage, just not sure because of some moments like as work with swagger, and some more.
The one thing I may recommend about Cursor, - if you get issues like as mine, and your subscription goes closer to the next payment - cancel the subscription, delete account and create the new one. Most probably I will do not wait for the support's answer, but will delete account and start the new one.
