Wedding venue that isn't just a restaurant but also isn't 5k to rent?

Hi all, I am looking for ideas on wedding venues, our price range is 3-4k and we are struggling. Perhaps I am being unrealistic with that price range, but I am hoping for ideas or places that aren't parks or a parking lot, and anything beyond that seems like it starts at 5k and goes up from there.
