Experiencing pain

Hello! I'm new and I've been trying to stop fapping and p0rn for awhile. Right now, I've gone through longest I've been able to go.

Now today has nearly put me into tears. I've never experienced this but it quite literally feels painful to ignore my desire. I'm a female at birth, the best way for me to describe the pain would be like a period cramp. It felt like my uterus was cramping and I just felt pain and a need to get off. Not fun.

But, has anyone got a clue why it hurts so badly? Or has anyone felt similar pain?
