Moved before Transferring to Bilt 2.0 and unable to change address

Recently moved to a new address. I keep trying to reach out to Bilt to change my address and there is no agent reaching out even if it’s said that someone will. I get it they are getting the most inquiries ever but unfortunately no way to change the address in the app. Changed my address to Wells Fargo but don’t know how to reach Cardless/Column.
