How should I upgrade my pc?

Hello! I have been wanting to upgrade my pc for a bit, and recently my games have been running not so well, so it has given me the push to actually go out and do it, though I would really appreciate some help and what it is I should upgrade and what to, and if it would be compatible with my system.

My current specs are as follow:
Processor: AMD Ryzen 7 3700x 8-Core Processor (16 CPUs) 3.6Ghz
GPU: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3060
RAM: 32G DDR4
Baseboard Product: G15DK

If there is more that is needed to be known please let me know! I am new to all this. Currently running on Windows 11
