VERISWAP ISSUE

I typically get a handful of notifications daily for trades on Veriswap, to which I let just build up until end of the day when I’m home from work. Today I was clearing them out not necessarily focused and accidentally accepted a cash offer on a card, that I didn’t mean to. Is there a fix to this? I’ve emailed Veriswap and messaged the other party. Was 100% a slip up.
