Looking for anecdotes on 5 day vs 7 day cycle for estradiol valerate

I recently switched from 5mg every 7 days to 4mg every 5 days. I know doctors love 7-14 day injection cycles because it’s all they know, and the diy community usually likes a shorter cycle to match the shorter half life, but I was curious if anyone had tried it both ways, and which one they like better. Did it affect your mood, energy levels, transition progress, or were there any other rele differences you’d like to mention?
