[PC] [mid-2000s] educational typing game where selecting different countries on the map gave you different minigames

The only one I somewhat remember is the France level where the minigame was either a maze or an underground mining section, and the Louvre was involved somehow.

There was also a country in South America or maybe somewhere is Asia that had some sort of racing level but not sure.
