Uw madison mail?

Anyone else who got deferred and received a mail that says "

Your Admissions Decision is Available

Dear xxxx

The Office of Admissions and Recruitment at the University of Wisconsin–Madison has completed a review of your admissions application. Your decision letter is now available online within your Student Center at My UW.

I got this mail a few minutes ago is this normal as i go on the website they sent me it shows stuff like enrol in courses, voting, advising resources student centres hella confused cuz how did they review my entire app and im still deferred???
