Two rejections in one week

I'm trying to get my attitude right about this rejections especially the 2nd one. 1st was University of Virginia, 2nd was Ohio University. I never had thoughts that I would get a rejection by ohio university, now I am trying to fight negative thoughts for the one I yet to receive an update from.

At this point i want to start trying uk schools
