So this week I was finally able to cum hands free (!!!), but in two different ways and I’m trying to understand what I did each time so I can repeat it.

In both occasions I first used a plug for at least an hour, and then played with the plug and inserted additional fingers. Then I used an 8 in dildo with a decent girth. I realized that shorter, gentle strokes created a much more intense sensation than pounding myself hard.

The first day I was sort of in doggy style fucking myself from behind and I felt a warm, intense sensation. When I flexed my abs and legs (almost getting a cramp on one of my calfs) I started leaking a slow but constant stream of cum. I realized I could continue doing this for as long as I wanted. The sensation was extremely pleasurable and similar but not quite like my usual orgasms.

The second day, after using the plug, I laid on my back and started using the same dildo again in slow strokes, but maybe going deeper in and out. I also flexed my abs but it felt like higher in my core, and i built up the tension for about 10 mins until an actual orgasm started. I shot cum out of ny semi hard, straining dick all over my cage and then i could no longer continue using the dildo.

I’d love to understand how to control which type of orgasm I want to have. One makes me leak a ton of cum and continue bottoming, while the other is acutely intense and fully resolves the tension. Any thoughts or suggestions?

Pic is just a bonus/way to say thanks for the help!
