How do I help my girlfriend

My girlfriend is the love of my life but she has schizophrenia and terrible parents who use her medication as a tool to torture her by taking it away or refusing to fill it and she has a lot of mental health issues that I've been trying to help her get through and help her with them but every couple of weeks she has and I hate calling it this but I don't know what else to call it a suicidal episode and they keep getting worse I've barely been able to help her through the most recent ones and I have had to result to telling her that I would kill myself to which isn't false but I still feel horrible for saying it because I know it's like a mental tactic to control someone but I don't know what else to do please what do I do
