I already followed advices from redditor that I should focusing on doing my own task. Just ignoring other colleagues mengumpat boss, being exaggerated about their daily life, and talking rubbish. Just do my work, and go home. But still, I'm older than them. Not too old, but it's enough to be a reason for my boss to appoint me as SV, given my educational background. However, they started talking behind my back, ignoring my orders since I'm the newest worker there compared to them. They be like "kau sv, kau buat la sendiri" Its like they believe they are more competent to be the SV. I already discussed this with my boss, telling him that I can't work in this environment. But he keeps asking me to try. I'm tired of coming to work every day.

So, what should I do next? Be more patient?
