How to remove this light?

I have this light in my bedroom that I want to replace, maybe with something that can be remote controlled so I don't have to go to the switch to turn on/off. The bowl is held up by these 3 thingies and I can't see anyway to remove them. https://imgur.com/a/YWSXAd5
