Any reason to delay 401k rollover?

If I start a new job in Feb, is there any reason to delay a 401k rollover from the old employer's 401k program to the new employer's 401k program?

Both old and new 401ks are through Fidelity. I don't know about the funds but expect them to be comparable.

I have megabackdoor contribution to the old 401k so I expect a 1099-R for the old plan next year, assuming you still get tax statements after the account is closed.
