Could Omen's (or an Omen) be a Tarnished or see Grace?

Scholars of lore I call upon thee! So I have just recently gotten into Elden Ring and I absolutely love the Omens as they look so cool and I feel like aren't seen as much in discussion (I might be wrong though). I been having ideas for Omens but I also want to keep it mostly in lore, so I want to hear from yall that if Omens could be Tarnished or be able to see Grace (and potentially even become Elden Lord)
