Skin care recommendations?

Hello! My mom got me an ulta gift card for Christmas. I don’t wear much makeup, I usually just do brow and lashes and if I’m going out, some lip. I haven’t done anything anti wrinkle in a while due to spending most of the past 3 years pregnant so I would love to incorporated some retinol into my tired face. Any skin care creams you recommend?
