Is doing an MBA as a GEM (No Workex) with a 9/9/8 worth it to get a good placement? (Top 15 B schools)

Hello All, For the last few months I have been researching about whether I should do an MBA in the top 15 B schools in India, with my above profile.
I come from a Btech CSE background and I dont want to work in a Software Job now.
Eventually im looking to get into Product Management, or similar roles, considering my skills and interests.
Before i spend my time energy and money preparing for CAT, i want to know if its realistic to get into the Top B schools with this profile and after graduation I will get good placements regardless of my less/non-existent work ex.
Please help.
