Communication studies PhD funding detail?- UGA

Got an PhD offer from University of Georgia Communication Studies department. They did not have any detail on the funding. Any information on that, please?

Also, has anyone heard back from University of Minnesota Twin Cities about their Communication Studies PhD application?
