Is maintaining Kylaq really expensive?

There is lot of discussion on cars here. People have their own choices considering several factors. Škoda cars have been recommended widely. However, the point of high maintenance cost is also raised.

Though it was launched in 2024, I guess. So there may not be a long term ownership review. Here I wish to ask the community members as to how expensive it really is in terms of maintenance? What may be expected?

I watched several videos as well. One expert mentioned that it will be pretty expensive to maintain after 7-8 years. The reason was not very clear of this observation.

I think major parts may be covered in Extended warranty and Maintenance Pack. And if one has zero dep insurance, there seems to be no worry.

I really wish to understand the maintenance part. I think Škoda owners will surely elaborate on this aspect.
