Just bought the Red Magic 11 Pro last December, and I’ve already discovered a **hardware defect** on the display. There is a faint white "pressure spot" / luminance uniformity issue visible on white and gray backgrounds.

**The Issue:**

* Not a software bug: It's a physical spot on the panel.
* Invisible on black, but glaringly obvious on light-themed apps and menus.
* The phone is in mint condition (no drops, no external pressure).

I’ve tried contacting the official store where I bought it (Lazada PH), but they are completely ghosting my messages. I’m past the 30-day "easy return," but well within the 1-year warranty.

To be honest, **I’m hesitating to send this in for repair.** I’ve read so many horror stories about how bad Red Magic’s customer service is—ranging from lost packages to being told "it's normal" when it clearly isn't.

However, I didn't spend this much money to use a defective product. This is a flagship gaming phone; the display should be perfect.

**Has anyone actually had a POSITIVE experience with a warranty claim for a display issue?** If you're from the Philippines/SEA, where did you bring your unit to actually get it fixed without it being a total nightmare?

Attached is the photo of the defect. Any advice on how to force a response from these guys?
