Mothman Equinox broke?

An hour ago (11 PM EST) the event crashed my game, then failed as soon as I got back in, so I switched servers, arriving at 11:04 to find... no Equinox (even with a ton of people the event couldn't be over that fast). So I worked on dailies and weeklies for an hour, and at 12... nothing. The event didn't even pop. Is it down for everyone or did I just get screwed? (Xb1 btw)
