Thoughts on the movie's ending

I just finished watching the movie and it was a great experience. I don't have much to say theory wise but I did feel a lot similarities between the ending and that of the Alea Iacta Est ending of Armored Core 6. For better or for worse the die is cast and what ever was seen under the ocean of blood will be seen again.
