Brain leak!??!?!!??!!?

I’ve been having a lot of weird pains in my head lately, 1 severe miegraine and headaches. Today I was looking down and when I looked down wateryliquid dripped down from my right nostril a little bit. I immediate sat up right tho. It only dripped a little and then stopped. I’m freaking out rn so much idk what to do this combined with the head pains is scaring me a lot :(( do I go doctor like what do I do?? Also not to mention the weather is hot today if that changes anything? I’m freaked out and I have health anxiety which isn’t making this any better!!
