IBKR - Authentication was unsuccesful

I can’t seem to log in to my IBKR account using Chrome (I’ve already changed my DNS and I can access the website normally).

Every time I try to log in and authorize it through my phone, the authentication is unsuccessful.

Has anyone experienced this before?
