Should dealer have installed parts left in trunk?

I bought a 2026 Stingray last week (non Z51)

Today I noticed that there were a 3 plastic parts left in the trunk.

Based on the GM part numbers they are

Front left tire air deflector

Front right tire air deflector

Rearward underbody air deflector

I’m guessing these should have been installed by the dealer during their pre-delivery inspection.

Is this something that dealers typically don’t install because it’s a drag on performance? Or is it something I need to call my dealer and tell them they need to put it on my car?

Thanks for any insight.
