Weather affecting progress?
Hello everyone! I started pumping in November of this year and I still haven’t gotten any visible milk but my chest has certainly been adjusting properly- until winter came. Is this a common occurrence for most people?
Where I live there is no central heating (I am not used to this) so I resorted to putting heat patches over my bra, but sometimes I feel so sweaty-! Just a bit frustrating but is this certainly something I must wait out and hope that spring makes my production actually happen?
I also cannot access Dom where I live so I have been drinking a mix of herbal tea to help boost prolactin. However, with this cold it feels impossible to keep my pumps warm and I feel so confined to my heated blanket. So when I come home from work and my bedroom takes 2 hours to warm up- pumping sounds foul when things are still freezing.
Sorry if this post is dumb in asking for advice on the best way to keep my chest relaxed and warm especially if the case is ‘well, it is just winter’. Thank you for any support or guidance!!
